In the state of Virginia, all individuals seeking to obtain their Virginia Contractor's License
will need to determine the type of Contractor's License they wish to obtain. The class of your license dictates the maximum dollar amount of any single contract, as well as your maximum revenue in a 12 month period.
Class A: unlimited value of a single contract and unlimited revenue for a 12 month period. Class B: maximum value under $120,000 for a single contract and maximum revenue of $750,000 for a 12 month period.
